SCREEN LIT VISIONS
This collection is an exploration of Light Pollution, manufactured light, and light generated from screens. This idea is my interpretation of the effects light has on people regarding health, eyes, sleep, mood, and mental health. I explored techniques with knitting and yarn fibers as well as layering organza to manipulate color and yarn fibers.
SHIFTED LIMITS
This collection is inspired by the Bauhaus Art Movement. I chose to explore ideas of graphic design and geometry as well as architecture from the movement. I wanted to expand my range of techniques with quilting my own fabric and coordinating stich lines with contrasting colored panels and threads.
AMPHIBIOUS
This collection was created to explore knitwear. The objective of this project was to create an entire collection of knitwear created from knit swatches I designed myself.
